Pursuant to clause 9(2) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and with delegated authority from
the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date for selection of a returning officer and all subsequent actions
in accordance with the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000 for the election of the student representative for the board of trustees for
Hamilton Junior High School (1942), Hamilton.
Voting for the election will close on 12 November 2014.
This notice takes effect the day of publication in the
New Zealand Gazette.
