Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the Aramoho School Board of Trustees is now dissolved
and I direct the Group Manager, Sector Enablement and Support, to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Aramoho School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 April 2014, No. 41, page 1205) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
