Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Martin Matthews, Secretary for Transport in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I have exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to:
- vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to All Nippon Airways to authorise the airline to offer unlimited code-share services to/from New Zealand; and
- vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to Japan Airlines to offer unlimited code-share services to/from New Zealand.
These variations took effect on the date of signature below.
