Pursuant to section 5A(4) of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Jane Hewat Lovell-Smith, District Court Judge of Auckland
to be Acting Chief District Court Judge for the period commencing on 10 December 2014 and expiring on
1 February 2015.
