David Philip Flewitt has applied to the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ("Tribunal") for restoration to the roll of barristers and solicitors pursuant to section 246 of the Lawyers
and Conveyancers Act 2006.
A hearing in Auckland is set down for Thursday 16 October 2014.
A person who wishes to make an objection to this application must file a written notice with the Tribunal stating the grounds and particulars thereof, and whether they wish to appear at the hearing of the application and be heard by the Tribunal.
