I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Lindisburn Trust Limited from the Register of Companies on 30 October 2003), Mining Certificate 6212794.1 issued by the Otago Regional Council pursuant to section 417 of the Resource Management Act 1991.
