Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of Telecom New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated the 12th day of December 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 December 1994, No. 135, page 4427, as follows:
The name
"Telecom New Zealand Limited"
is changed to
"Spark New Zealand Trading Limited".
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
