Telecom Mobile Limited and Telecom New Zealand Limited amalgamated to become Telecom New Zealand Limited on 31 July 2014.
Telecom New Zealand Limited changed its name to Spark New Zealand Trading Limited on 7 August 2014.
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of Telecom Mobile Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2001, dated the 17th day of September 2001 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 2001, No. 135, page 3461, as follows:
The name
"Telecom Mobile Limited"
is changed to
"Spark New Zealand Trading Limited".
This amendment notice does not amend or revoke any other existing notices for "Spark New Zealand Trading Limited".
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
