Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby revokes the approval and notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of Telecom New Zealand International Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated the 12th day of December 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
15 December 1994, No. 135, page 4427.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
