Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 30 May 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Kay Lloyd-Jones in respect of Otago University Childcare Nursery (83023), situated at 523 Great King Street, Dunedin.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
