Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) and clause 1(2) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed
Michele June Embling, of Auckland
as a member, and appointed her as the deputy chairperson, of the External Reporting Board for a term of one year commencing on 17 August 2014 and expiring on 16 August 2015; and
Simon Alfred Carey, of Christchurch
as a member of the External Reporting Board for a term of one year commencing on 17 August 2014 and expiring on 16 August 2015.
