Pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, the Minister of Commerce has reappointed
David John Douglas Macdonald, of Wellington
as a member of the Disciplinary Committee, established under the Financial Advisers Act 2008, for a term of one year commencing on 22 August 2014 and expiring on
21 August 2015.
