Pursuant to section 5(2) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, I hereby amend the notice "Research, Science, and Technology Funding Subject to a Separate Decision-making Process" published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 May 2013, No. 68, page 1835, by the addition of the following clause:
"(ab) Funding from the High-Value Manufacturing and Services Research Fund to be allocated for the establishment of the Christchurch Innovation Precinct's 'innovation hub'."
