Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 April 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Joan Marie Gepte
in respect of Montessori House Nido dei Bambini (80080), situated at 23 Nairn Street, Kaikorai, Dunedin.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
