Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 July 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Michelle Kent in
respect of Hargest Community Childcare Charitable Trust (90103), situated at Layard Street, Invercargill.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
