Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 July 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Margaret Peapell in respect of Central Baptist Childcare (34009), situated at 33 Charlemont Street, Whitiora, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
