Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice
(as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 November 2012, No. 134, page 3859) appointing a limited statutory manager for the Opihi College Board of Trustees.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
