Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 March 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Nadia Packer in respect of Manuka Early Learning Centre (65405), situated at 11 Wainui Street, The Wood, Nelson.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
