as chair and member for a term of office from 1 August 2014 to 31 July 2017; and appoint

as members for a term of office from 1 August 2014 to
31 July 2017; and reappoint
Lisa Bates, of Auckland
as a member for a term of office from 1 August 2014 to
31 July 2017; and reappoint
Roger Taylor, of Nelson
as a member for a term of office from 1 July 2014 to 31 July 2015.
