Pursuant to sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
10 September 2013, I hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has varied the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Southern Airlines to authorise the airline to increase its operating capacity from 10 to 14 return services per week with any aircraft type.
The variation took effect on 23 June 2014.
