Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I revoke the notice of direction
to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Ruapehu College Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 July 2012, No. 79, page 2157).
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
