Pursuant to section 28(6) of the National War Memorial Park (Pukeahu) Empowering Act 2012 ("Act"), the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title-This notice is the National War Memorial Park Review Panel Recommendations on the National War Memorial Park (Pukeahu) Empowering Act Order 2014.
2. Review Panel recommendation-The National War Memorial Park Review Panel made the following recommendation under section 28(3) of the Act to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage:
"The Review Panel unanimously recommends to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage that the National War Memorial Park (Pukeahu) Empowering Act Order 2014 (version PCO 18481/8.0) be made without change."
