Pursuant to section 2(1) paragraph (c) of the definition of the term "domestic student" of the Education Act 1989, clause 2(n) of the Education (Domestic Students)
Notice 2013 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
31 January 2013, No. 11, page 383), is amended by replacing the date
"23 August 2011"
in paragraphs (i) and (iii)(B) with the date
"23 August 2013".
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
