Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 September 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Maria Leilua in respect of Te Kohanga Reo o Te Toka a Taiau (55232), situated at 57 Dalton Street, Outer Kaiti, Gisborne.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
