Take notice that I, William Henry David More, Senior Solicitor, pursuant to section 338(1) of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen the reversionary interest of Her Majesty The Queen in Part of Sections 91-93 Block V Lower Kaikorai Survey District, with an area of 5,471 square metres, and being the remainder land in DI R166 with the last known proprietor of that interest being Colonial Bank of New Zealand, a company removed from the Companies Register on or around 4 February 1896.
