Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989, as
the Secretary for Education's delegate, I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Whangaroa and appoint
Larry Forbes
as commissioner to replace that board.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
