Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 September 2013, No. 126, page 3508, is amended by replacing
"The school will open for instruction at all year levels in Term 1, 2015."
with
"The school established as Shotover Primary School, at Shotover Country, Wakatipu Basin, may enrol:
- Only Year 1-4 students from Term 1, 2015.
- Year 1-8 students from Term 1, 2016."
