In accordance with section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand has appointed the following individuals to
the Financial Markets Authority:
Shelley Jane Cave, of Auckland
as a member for a term of three years commencing on
1 May 2014 and expiring on 30 April 2017; and
Murray David Jack, of Wellington
Dr Arthur Grimes, of Wellington
as members for terms of five years commencing on 1 May 2014 and expiring on 30 April 2019.
