Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act
2004, and section 80(1) of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993, the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed to the Office of Film and Literature Classification
Andrew Robert Jack
as Chief Censor of Film and Literature for a term of
three years commencing on 7 March 2014 and concluding on 6 March 2017.
