Pursuant to section 147(4) of the Dairy Industry Restructuring Act 2001, I hereby prescribe the form Information on Dairy Cow Milksolids Collection for keeping a record of the amount of milksolids collected, directly or indirectly, on or from dairy farms.
This form comes into effect on 1 June 2014.
Every independent processor who collects, directly or indirectly, a total of less than 2000kg of milksolids per season is exempt from keeping a record of the total milksolids collected in this form.
