Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) and clause 1(2) of Schedule
5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Governor-General
of New Zealand has reappointed to the Commerce Commission, as established under the Commerce Act 1986,
Dr Mark Newman Berry, of Wellington
as a member and chair for a term of five years commencing on 1 April 2014 and expiring on 31 March 2019; and
Susan Janice Begg, of Wellington
as a member and deputy chair for a term of five years commencing on 17 June 2014 and expiring on 16 June 2019.
