Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori
o Hoani Waititi (as published in the New Zealand Gazette,
22 October 2009, No. 154, page 3749).
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
