Pursuant to section 6(1) of the Contraception, Sterilisation, and Abortion Act 1977, I, Tony Ryall, hereby approve the International Standard "ISO 23409:2011 - Male Condoms - Requirements and Test Methods for condoms made from synthetic materials" for the purpose of manufacturing for sale or selling male condoms.
The approval shall take effect from 1 May 2014.
