Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 18 May 2007, which was granted under those Regulations to Angela O'Connor, in respect of Creative Corner Early Learning Centre (70337), situated at 16 Wilson Street, Timaru.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
