Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 May 2012, which
was granted under those Regulations to Christina McEwan in respect of Noah's Young Ones (30204), situated at Salvation Army Building, 389 Gladstone Road, Gisborne.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
