Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Southern Airlines to enable the airline to code-share, as the marketing carrier, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect on 24 March 2014.
