Further to notices in the New Zealand Gazette of
12 December 2013* and 30 January 2014Å, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29 and 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 29 October 2013, and a sub-delegation from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Transport dated 3 November 2013, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for:
(a) amended code-share arrangements that the airline may exercise in relation to French Polynesia;
(b) an increase in the airline's capacity entitlement to Indonesia to three return services per week; and
(c) the commencement of code-share services to Spain.
These variations took effect from 3 March 2014.
