Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 September 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Jo-Ann Murray in respect of Chelsea House - Stepping Stones (55408), situated at 9 Lorien Court, Raumati.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
