Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 September 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Tina Ratana in respect of Kokiri Marae (I Raro I Te 2 Nga Tau) (64060), situated at Kokiri Marae, 22 Barnes Street, Seaview, Lower Hutt.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
