Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 4 July 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Nove Vailaau in respect of Aoga Amata Porirua EFKS (Under Twos) (60056), situated at 11-17 Waihemo Street, Waitangirua, Porirua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
