Notice Title

Cessation of Anti-dumping Duties on Hog Bristle Paintbrushes from The People's Republic of China

The Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment gives notice that, in terms of section 14(9)
of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988,
anti-dumping duties on hog bristle paintbrushes from China ceased to be payable with effect from 16 March 2014.
The anti-dumping duties ceased to be payable on that date because at that date the goods were not subject to review and five years had passed since the date of the notice of
the reassessment of the duty by the Minister of Commerce following a review carried out under section 14(8) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988*.
Signed at Wellington this 17th day of March 2014.
ROBIN HILL, Principal Advisor, Trade Remedies, Trade and International Environment Branch, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment.
