I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the
removal of Marlborough Sounds Holdings Limited from
the Register of Companies on 31 May 2013) with Permits and Resource Consents U000444, U011536, U090765, U081246 and U051221, all issued by the Marlborough District Council.
