as a health practitioner member of the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand for a term of office ending on
16 November 2016; and appoints
Robert Molyneux
Mary Silcock
as health practitioner members of the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand for three-year terms of office.
All commencing on the date of this notice's publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
