Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 10 September 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Yadana Saw in respect of Crossways Community Creche (60188), situated at
132 Coromandel Street, Newtown, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
