Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 May 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Elizabeth Ellery in respect of Gail's Baby and Toddler Centre (40254), situated at
132 North Street, Feilding.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
