Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 24 January 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Sally Whitwell in respect of Darfield Preschool And Nursery (70401), situated at Telegraph Road, Darfield.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
