Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, The Hon Gerry Brownlee, Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that
I have exercised the power conferred by sections 87L(2)
and 87N of the Act to grant a Scheduled International
Air Service Licence to Qatar Airways Q.C.S.C. authorising
the airline to offer unlimited code-share services to/from New Zealand.
The licence took effect on the date of signature below.
