Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) and clause 1(2), Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed
Graeme Robertson Mitchell, of Wellington
as a chairperson for a five-year term commencing on
1 March 2014 and expiring on 28 February 2019; and reappointed
Graeme Robertson Mitchell, of Wellington
as a member for a term of four years commencing on
17 February 2015 and expiring on 28 February 2019.
