Pursuant to section 146 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Year 9-13 secondary school, to be known as Rolleston Secondary School, in Rolleston, Selwyn District.
The school will open for instruction for Year 9 students only from 2017, with further year levels added progressively each year.
