Whereas the District Court held in Balclutha has been abolished with effect from the close of 31 March 2014:
Now therefore, I, Kerry James Borrows, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to section 70(1) of the District Courts Act 1947, hereby direct that the records of the District Court held in Balclutha be delivered to the Registrar of the District Court held in Dunedin.
